The staff is friendly and very helpful, but what ever you do, please do not try to get anyone one the phone for help, it just ain't going to happen , at-least not in this century .

Poor equipment slows down staff, horrible service due to outdated systems, Staff always helpful. They do their best. You can tell antiquated computer software. It's a shame they are not automated.

I do not appreciate the 400 and 500 buildings directing me in circles toward each other about Social Services about disabilities. They were interested in wasting my $60 round trip to this place, culminating in the police office and supervisor of the 400 building just telling me to go to Pathway to Choices, which I think I will do at this point, because it's clear that's what the government itself wants without even caring to listen to why I would want the (symbols) process streamlined first, even when it was clear that I had overwhelming evidence on why including but not limited to visiting this place as well as Pinole City Hall in the first place. And if you're wondering about the 300 building, it was closed to the general public. This place is a God awful lie.

this is my first experience being at this office and my first time speaking to the worker she was rude she putted words in my mouth and when you really need help like homeless assistant they have you wait till your worker help you out but if you and the worker had a misunderstanding she will not call you back i been homeless for a week with my four kids and there dogs because the worker misunderstood the homeless question and I had to go to the county i was transferring from and they granted me my homeless assistant Sacramento county the workers are mean you can not speak to any other worker but your worker even if there not in the office you have to wait till you speak to your worker are the supervisor

Hard to find this place. Parking can be scarce. Lines are long. No directions on the various buildings to know if you are at the right one. There are several. Staff is not helpful. They don't answer the phone so you have to visit. Waste of time. But they have you cause you don't get services without them.

On hold for two hours. I don’t even live in this state anymore and all I need to know is a specific date and they have the audacity to hang up on me. When I called back they transferred me. And I was on hold for two hours. I’d walk in if I could but I can’t. I get they help people but I just have a simple question.

Very easy to navigate. Some of the workers can be a bit difficult but for the most part the services offered are extremely helpful. Nice environment not too crowded or chaotic.

Pack a lunch bring a book cause its a hurry up and wait game, however this office is surrounded by beautiful trees a stream and pond with ducks and fountain its set in a rustic forest type setting creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere maybe nring a picnic basket find a place in the shadeand enjoy the view . take note that the Security Guard who is cute with big blue eyes is helpful and positivly goes out of her job description to make sense of your inquires.
