I would highly suggest avoiding any properties managed by these people. They are next to impossible to get a hold of over the phone, and rarely if ever respond to emails. They changed the property manager for our apartment complex out and didn't notify anyone, so I spent 3 months trying to get a hold of someone who didn't work there anymore.
They recently decided to change by laws for our property that prevents us from putting up bird feeders and bird nest - we live in a rural area with a pond in the back yard and we are not allowed to enjoy wildlife. Imagine that, the one selling point for this property and we can no only do it if we are willing to pay a fine every month.
I have been in a property they have managed for 3 years now. Not once has any effort been put into landscaping on CIL's part - HOA fees are over $250 and they barely manage to remove snow. One year they didn't both putting any ice out on the sidewalks for the ENTIRE winter. Now, most of the bushes are dead, there is little to no grass (the lawn areas are basically just large patches of weeds), and most of the flowers have died off.
AVOID this company at all costs. They will over charge then do nothing on their part.
