Veronica was my RN BSN trainer and she was absolutely amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable and patient. We went through all of the required information together and she even gave me tips and helpful skills she has learned over her career and I found her very easy to talk to and listen to. I was never afraid to ask questions and she was easily able to keep me encouraged during my live sticks as required for my certification. I highly recommend this training center! Thank you!

I took the IV and Blood Withdrawal course and was able to get a live stick on my first try and my peers were just as successful! Veronica was a wonderful instructor who made our class feel comfortable and gave us tips and tricks that I will definitely be using in the field. I received my certificate within 5-7 business days and I’m currently waiting for it to show up on the board website. I highly recommend this course for anyone who wants to gain the skill of starting IV’s or just needs a boost in confidence. I was extremely nervous when I walked in but left with nothing but excitement. The cost is worth it!

I signed up for the Basic Life Support course and it was stunningly well put together. Leo Chan was very adept at what he was teaching us (such as the knowledge on how to use AED, CPR for adults adolescents and infants, how we deal with victims who are choking, etc). I now feel confident on my CPR skills and is ready to go out and save lives! I highly recommend this course, and Leo Chan's excellent coaching skills.
