I love renewing here! Michael makes the information easy to understand. He also gives you a lot of hints for the test, so pay attention! He reviews everything you need to know, but makes the information easy to apply. The megacode was done without pressure and allowed us to work as a team and learn without fear of mistakes. He's a great educator with a lot of amazing life stories thrown in. He offers coffee and there's a small kitchenette with a fridge for your lunch. I will definitely be returning again for renewals! I can't recommend him enough!

I love taking my ACLS and PALS classes at CCTI They are always so engaging and never boring. Michael always keeps it real and helps to apply it to so many different areas of health care. Such a good instructor. I will be back ☺️

In regards to "Bay's" Review of CCTI let me say that I was in the room the day she was attending the Class. She walked in with an attitude and was not prepared. She had not purchased the required book for the Class and held up the start of the Class purchasing it from the Instructor while the Class waited.
At one point the Instructor noticed her sitting in Class with her Eyes closed and was asked to pay attention.
I hope she wakes up to the fact that the Profession she is in requires the "Best" of skill and knowledge to care for her Patients. At this point I don't think she understands that.
The other Students in the class interacted and enjoyed the Course.
The Instructor has over 50 years of Emergency Medical experience in the Field and Clinical Setting.

This was the worst ACLS class I’ve ever taken. There was no hands-on portion, and it felt like a big waste of time. The instructor loves to talk and tell irrelevant stories, especially about himself. Most of the class consisted of him voicing his opinions on how ACLS should be taught rather than focusing on what we need to know, as outlined by the American Heart Association. I do not recommend this class and will never take it again. Your money would be better spent elsewhere.

Easy registration for classes. The instructor is very knowledgeable and friendly, creating a comfortable and exciting enviroment to learn in. Highly recommend for ACLS, BLS, & PALS.
