At 53 ,I was tired of being out of shape and overweight.I never have had any success when joining a fitness club because I didn't have a clue where to start, what to work on and how to do it.Although I was nervous about it , I joined CFPC about 3 years ago.It has been AWESOME ! They teach you the fundamentals up front and continue to coach and motivate EVERY class.The positive atmosphere is key and the people I workout with everyday are encouraging , supportive and most of all FUN to be around. The coaches really care about helping you achieve your goals.If you think cross fit is something you can't handle , well, I'm living proof anybody can.Thanks CFPC

I absolutely love this gym! We are a big family and would love for you to join us!! The coaches do a fantastic job breaking down all the movements in a way that doesn't feel intimidating at all. We have a wide variety of people from military to pregnant... from high school to great grandparent status... from college athletes to stay-at-home mom's. We all do the same workout. The coaches help us modify specifically for our individual ability and needs. With time and consistency, we all grow that ability!! Hope to see you here!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cross Fit Pell City provides amazing coaching for all levels of fitness. Our coach is very encouraging and the environment is not intimidating. I have always been the type of person to say I need to lose some weight before I go to the gym. I had seen so many fantastic things about CrossFit Pell City, a friend convinced me to try it. And since then we go 5 days a week! It is seriously the best workout I’ve had in years! Everyone makes you feel so welcome and pushes you to do your best everyday! If you’ve ever considered going, do it! Take the leap of faith, you won’t regret it! Love my crossfit family!

My personal experience at CFPC has been AMAZING! Coach B is very knowledgeable. CrossFit may seem like an intimidating sport, that is until you walk through the door and become part of a CrossFit family.
Warning: CrossFit becomes addicting or at least it has for me! Vacations after joining CF include finding a box to drop into =)

Great atmosphere. The owner Braden is simply awesome. He really cares and you can tell he is passionate about what he does. From new members to older ones, he makes sure everyone gets the move right. I haven't joined yet, but plan too! Great location, great workout, and everyone is super friendly.

My husband and I dropped in for a week while visiting my parents from Seattle. Braden was amazing to work with from the phone call to assess our fitness level, to coaching us each day and making us feel welcome. We’ve dropped in to a lot of CrossFit gyms across the country (and one in Italy) and have never received such instruction from a coach. Most of the time the coaches don’t spend time helping out technique because we aren’t members, but that just wasn’t the case with Braden. Can’t wait to be back! Sad this will only be a once a year drop in experience but will look forward to it each time!
