Joel has this incredible ability to break down complex techniques in ways that players of all skill levels can understand. These guys are just great dudes with an awesome vibe! The positive energy they bring to training sessions makes learning fun and effective. While Joel, Jose, and Mike are the coaches we've worked with directly, the academy has several other excellent coaches on staff too.

The facility is well-maintained, the scheduling is flexible, and the value for the quality of instruction is unbeatable.

If you are looking for a program that puts the time in with their players to develop them towards achieving top level competitive play, this is the program for you. CT Sportsplex in North Branford (the CT METS training facility) is a very large indoor/outdoor facility with many coaches that can individually work with your child's skill set. They are also very family oriented and supportive, not only do they develop baseball skills but life skills of great men. Coach Jose Alegria, the Programs owner has helped to develop a Highly regarded College Recruiting program as well. Our oldest son Aiden, started with the CT GATORS at the age of 7 and aged out into the CT METS. He currently is 15 and his love of baseball has never wavered, that speaks volumes about coaching. He doesn't want to play anywhere else.

My 10 year old grandson is in his 2nd year with CMBA. I couldn't be more impressed with this program. His coaches - Jose, Rymer, Rafael, Joel - are the very best. Not only are they teaching the mechanics, the skills and the heart of baseball, they are also teaching hard work, dedication, kindness, manners and respect. I see these boys and young men growing in so many ways, thanks to the amazing coaching staff. I tell my grandson all the time how very fortunate he is to have the opportunity to learn from these fine coaches. The CT Sportsplex is a super nice, large, clean and well-equipped facility. CMBA and CT Sportsplex is the perfect combination.

my son will be in his third spring season this year with the CT Mets, We both think it is a great program. The facilities are amazing, the coaching is top notch. Not only do they teach the game well, but they also spend time on things outside of the actual game, like character development, discipline and respect: for the game and others on the team. The players are held accountable for their actions and there are consequences for poor attitude and behavior. My son has grown to become a better ballplayer and human being in general as a member of this team.
