Yes, Virgil ia the bomb! He troubleshot my wiring issue on my Boss salt spreader and fixed wiring harness and put back all wiring in dash better than it was on original installation!! Love these guys! Also after hours before the Big ❄️ snow. Life saver

I contacted Virgil about having my bearings replaced on my travel trailer and told him I wanted Timken bearings. He said he couldn't get Timken bearings and to use the bearings they sell. I went to etrailer.com and was able to source the Timken bearings kits that fit my trailer. I'll be replacing them myself.

I’ve worked with the custom way crew for decades! I had an issue with my plow the day before a storm and called them to “pick their brain” about possibly what the issue could be .. Not only were they very eager to help me, what he said could be was the issue! He fixed it over the phone! This shows an excellent level of customer service and knowledge of the product they sell! They are my first call every time !
