D1 is under new ownership and they are a top-notch team!
Prior to D1 closing, I had been a member at D1 for several years. Once I spoke with Mike (New Owner), I was convinced to re-join. The energy, passion and vision Mike has for the D1 coaches and members are electrifying.
I’ve been working with Dominic for a few sessions and just by making small changes in my form, I feel stronger and more confident. Dominic challenges me to be a better version of myself! Not only is Dominic an excellent trainer, he’s also supportive and personable.
Would highly recommend D1 to anyone!

This facility and team of coaches is outstanding. As a long-time member of D1 under the previous management, I was so sad to see it closed. After listening to the new management's vision and commitment to providing excellent workouts in a standout facility, I signed back up and have been thoroughly impressed with new management. They've made major investments in top-notch equipment and have thoughtfully designed programming to maximize results. In just a few sessions of working with Dominic, I was able to make subtle corrections to my form, enabling me to gain strength and lift more than I ever have before. Dominic's training is of the highest caliber--he is responsive, attentive, challenging, and personable. Looking forward to continuing to pursue my fitness goals alongside a fabulous community of people and team of trainers.

Great training facility for all ages. Rookie class is fun and helps develop skill for ages 7-11. Recommend without reservations. Coaches all very positive and encourage all the trainees!

Great facility! Equipment is all modern and well organized. My kids love the variety in the workouts. And as a parent, I appreciate the multiple class time each day that allow us to fit D1 into our busy schedule. Keep up the good work guys!

D1 has been outstanding! Ive been going to gyms for years and my experience with D1 has been unmatched. The coaches are phenomenal and the programing is top notch as well. If you're looking, just stop in and get your swoll on. You wont be disappointed
