Non responsive to parent request for information. My ex-husband and his wife enrolled my son in a Dan Beard Council troop. We have joint legal custody but when I requested straightforward information regarding my son's involvement specifically, his registration and medical forms paperwork, the troop leadership was non-responsive. Troop leadership granted my ex-husband administrative control of my son's account. Dismissed my request as an issue to work out with my ex-husband but while they refused to give me copies of my son's paperwork (registration and medical forms) they gave them to him. They dismissed my joint legal right to my child's information, isolating my son's information from me as a custodial parent. To date - they have refused to give me this information. I have experienced zero transparency.
