If I could give them 0 stars I would! First off I took this class for 5 weeks literally feeling like a slave! I cleaned for them helped them setup for events I had nothing to do with. Never taught any type of knife skills. I was also making over 2000 meals a week. The moment I tell them I didn't want to make the meals for free!! Now I have to pay 120 for my serve safe management!!!! So whose gonna reimburse me for the free labor I was unaware of?!?
