I absolutely love the return policy and full attention to detail I receive when ordering HOKA shoes from Deckers! 60 day full return even if worn. Can’t ask for anything better.

Never buy anything from this distributor. They run their operation very cheaply and they do not back their warranty nor their products.

Bought a pair of a Hoka's in May. Fell apart end of the month. Used online tool. Promised warranty replacement. They asked for photos, and more photos, and receipt, and then repeated their requests and I re-sent the information 3 separate times. After 12 weeks they decided to refund me the money rather than replace the shoes. BUT I had to call their customer service and spend ANOTHER 20 min on hold.

I am Highly Dissatisfied. I sent a return back in February 2023 .I Got my refund back within days after they received it . How ever 3 months later which is now , they are telling me I have an outstanding balance. Because they are claiming I sent a charger back in the box I returned. Incredible, I would never think of tampering with a return. Plus I Assume they inspected the return 3 months ago . Before issuing me a refund. So now I spent time talking to supervisors, and also, Responded to the email, this Company is definitely Not trustworthy. I Hope I Resolved this problem soon .

I sent in a pair of unworn, new-in-box shoes for refund many, many months ago. But despite countless calls and hours on the phone with customer service representatives, many promises of a refund and even MANY emails saying my refund will be processed - it never actually happens.

I have never seen such customer service ineptitude from a global consumer brand. They can't even manage a simple refund.

Unbelievable. I wonder if they will pay attention to this issue now...

UPDATE: Feb 2 2023 - Still no refund in my accounts for shoes returned in November. We're at over two months now to refund the cost of one pair of recovery slides. Tens of hours invested in emails and calls so far, all of which promise a refund, but still nothing done. Not to mention it cost $15 just to send the footwear back. Laughably absurd.

UPDATE: FEB 6 2023

This is now has been further escalated into the public domain via the Twitterverse. PMs bouncing back and forth, but still no refund.

Deckers admits they have the product. Deckers admits it was unused. Deckers has committed to giving me a refund multiple times over the past 2 months. BUT IT NEVER EVER COMES....

UPDATE: Feb 9 2023

More promises of a refund "Rest assured, our teams are working quickly to get the affected refunds processed" from the official @Hoka Twitter account. But why does it take over two months to get a refund on a pair of shoes? What a load of ....!

Hello from New Mexico, Just received my new Hoka One One shoes and like them. I purchased Hoka One One running shoes two weeks earlier and love them. My recent order was for high tops cause it's getting cold (not a runner but outdoor worker). Thank you for selling great products such as Hoka One One shoes. Nathan at customer support was very helpful as well, keep great work up.

Bought my first pair of hoka on 7/28. They were comfortable and provided good recovery support after running. After a couple of weeks the upper started stretching or getting weaker because I constantly was rolling my ankle when just walking on flat surfaces. This is besides the point of the review.

On 7/15 I took my dog out for the usual morning walk in a nearby park. Only unusual thing was the lawn was just mowed and watered so I got my hoka sandals wet with a bunch of grass clippings. They've been wet before since they're rubber and haven't had an issue but this time I left them outside because of the grass clippings on them. They sat outside in the heat all day. I got home, tried putting one of the sandals on and it wouldn't fit, left sandal was fine but the right one shrank a few sizes. It was a weird shrinking where the toe curled up.

I contacted hoka and they provided instructions on shipping the sandals to them. This is not an easy feat for someone that works m-f 8-6. I finally got them shipped yesterday, had to bite the bullet and neglect some duties to have time to ship them. It cost $13 to ship these $25 sandals. In hindsight I should've just tossed them in the trash and replaced them with Birkenstocks like I originally planned. This is the last time I purchase a hoka product, by making me pay $13 to ship them it makes me feel like this defect is my fault.

They have their first outdoor sales on shoes only well except for sandals and boots as well. They were a pretty good deal but a lot of the larger sizes we're gone by the time we got there. We wound up not buying anything.

Go up
