DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE.
I came to this Y a few years after it opened and cancelled my membership due to lack of cleanliness, lack of availability and unfriendly staff. I signed up again recently hoping a few years of time it would be better and for our children….. I was so wrong. Had my membership for a month and ready to cancel.

1. The pool and hot tub are readily open, came on three different occasions and the pool/hot tub were closed. One time I got in the hot tub and a minute later the staff comes over to close it.

2. If you want to play basketball, make sure to check ahead of time. The court are readily open they either have classes or pickleball going on daily and the people that come in to play pickleball DO NOT care if you’re already on the court. They will move the nets on the courts and push you out.

3. Cleanliness, the lockers rooms (women’s) is absolutely disgusting.

4. The staff…. Don’t expect much here. Have spoke. To the staff about concerns and they do not have much to offer other than to call ahead. Who wants to do that each time?

Spend your money elsewhere, there is better out there.

i love this place for my workouts. The facility is clean and well-maintained throughout. The staff are friendly and the people at the childcare are super nice. There is plenty of equipment to use even on the days when the gym floor is crowded.

List is long but I’ll leave some key points
•pool constantly closed, when it is open they don’t even allow the splash pad & slide to operate. 15 minutes every hour? Never once seen the slide on in the last 2 years, just takes it down.
•constantly shutting basketball courts down for dance classes, leaving empty rooms open but kicking kids off the BASKETBALL courts for dance.
•staff treats people like they're an inconvenience for showing up.

It’s a wonderful place to learn and to teach healthy lifestyle to my son he has Down syndrome and he loves come in every time at swimming pool and enjoy child time. He loves his swimming class with Mrs Tam Personally I enjoy all about fitness, Zumba and it’s great can to do different activities in the program like Zumba, beginner Yoga, and to know that my son is enjoying at the same time in the child time while I am take care of my health. The team all people does a great job they have a special spirit of service The introduce of Wellness Manager Nichola is so important and excellent I enjoy my time with my son in YMCA Delaware Ian so happy and so glad Congrats it’s a wonderful place, great job!!!!!!

We typically come to this location for the pool. Lots of options, one of the pools is heated, there are things for both adults and kids to do, and it's typically not too crowded. The enhanced facilities in the private changing rooms are really nice to have, and things are generally clean and well maintained. Just wish we lived closer and/or they were open a little later so we had more time to head up there.
