Transportation services are better than Cardiff itself, with a personalized attention & safety matters taken into practice on each individual & on every vessel.

Very strange things are happening in this place, my family member is in their care and a couple of months ago I have not been receiving support from the staff and manager and they are not answering, i have faced them they only tell us that they are going to be more careful and everything remains the same It's been more than 6 months and things don't change.
My relative's diapers are not being changed as they should be and he is returning home, urinated, with the diapers they should use to change him, with marks on his body, which are signs that he is receiving physical and psychological abuse. .
A few months ago, my family member no longer wants to enter the building and to be exact, this type of behavior has never happened, until we began to see these types of situations, where the necessary attention is not being given.
Several negligence of more people are happening, please take care of your family members and pay more attention because we are going to investigate until we get to the bottom and this place is inspected.

Incredible organization. They have 4 divisions - Shredding, Recycling, Landscape Maintenance and Janitorial services. The work performed by their clients (high functioning adults 18 and over with developmental disabilities) is way better than typical organizations. Highly recommend!

The administration is not welcoming, forcing g masks on people who do not want to wear them. My son’s internship was terminated by Ron because of it. They never mentioned the need to wear the mask at the time of the intake. I really hope the DOR will choose better vendors in the future. Very disappointed to see disabled people wearing a mask outside in a 95 degree weather…. Even at Eisenhower hospital masks are optional. MY SON HAS AUTISM, and we are not in pandemic time.
