Staff is rude and unprofessional. How are we supposed to trust them with our children if they can’t even be respectful to adults.
Every single time I walk in the office no one greets me, then they have an attitude because I need assistance. The principal is rude as well, same issues. The teachers never have a clue of what’s going on, seems like they don’t even know how to teach. The school stated to keep the kids out of school if they have any sick symptoms or even if on sibling is sick or if they go to school they will be sent home immediately and when I did I notified the school and teachers that my kids were going to be out. The school calls saying the kids are going to be marked for truancy when I had already communicated that they were out for sick symptoms. They just seem like they are there for a pay check and not for the children.

I went there between kinder-3rd then i moved. worst school ever. im now 14 and to this day its still traditionally bad. the uniforms were to big, when i threw up or had the stomach flu they wouldn't belive me and pushed me out the door. ALL THE TEACHERS WOULD BELIVE THE BULLIES OVER ME. when i was in 1st grade i got jumped by a bunch of 5th graders that didnt like me. i got punched in the face by a student because they thought that i pushed a girl and broke her arm THEY ASSUMED IT WAS ME. and found out a day later it was my best friend. the only person i still have from desert trails. is my best friend who has been there !!

My daughter started tk here in July and she is learning sight words and is reading books in her class. Her handwriting has went from none to neat. So happy with the staff as well =)
