We were there for almost 7 years with our two girls. They are the most caring and welcoming staff. We felt like family from the start and the teachers are awesome. They have a great attention to detail and are very serious about keeping the kids safe and happy! We love Miss Cheri and Kerry, and our kids talk about them daily. I couldn't recommend them more!

We are so appreciative to all the amazing Duck Pond teachers for three years of showering our kiddos with all smiles, love, hugs, kisses, and back rubs at nap time. We love them all, especially Cheri, Kerri, Jen, Loni, Alyssa, Bri, Jaz, Sam, Angie, Heather and Max for bringing so much joy to our kids. Our babies have loved Duck Pond and we haven't doubted for one day that they have felt happy, safe and loved. Duck Pond is a bright and cheerful daycare that provides great healthy snacks, colorful crafts and many fun activities. Our son loved meeting local firemen, holding snakes and baby alligators and chinchillas, and watching magic shows among other fun treats . It's also a great place to make friends with other families with young kids and a great little community. We are imperfect people and the staff are people too. I appreciate that the teachers have always been really receptive and supportive regarding any of our concerns and address any questions right away. They keep in close communication with an app and send lots of great pictures throughout the day.

Highly recommend! Well trained and compassionate staff that provide personalized educational care. My older son started at 15 months old (still there and is 3 years old) and is now joined by his younger brother who started at 5 months old (still there is 15 months old).

2 Staff in waddler room lied about my child’s incident & belittled/bullied my child. No toddler should “deserve” to be hurt. The director did not do a full, proper investigation & blew me off when I started asking questions. Owner’s daughter then lawyered up when I told her I have solid evidence that the staff mistreated my child & lied to me. Horrible\traumatic experience for my child. I STRONGLY do not recommend sending your little loves to this daycare.

Excellent well trained staff, the staff goes out of their way to really make you feel like you are the center of attention despite being part of a full class. When you talk to them they pay attention and actually feel like they are listening and not just waiting to respond. My child has developed and has gained many social skills in the first year its astonishing. I never leave this place with out a smile on my face.
