This location was perfect for the conference we attended @Charis. The cabin was clean with a little kitchenette. It was nice to stay in a room without any shared walls, giving us a greater sense of privacy. My favorite aspect of our stay was the wide, grassy park adjacent to the lodge. I was able to walk my dog in peace and I didn't have to worry about leaving the grounds. The front office staff was kind enough to provide towels for muddy paws, due to snow. We will definitely return next time we are in town!

The BEST PLACE TO BE IN WOOD PARK!!! Friendly happy people who help with any and everything!!! The rooms are big and clean and comfortable!!!! Wonderful staff that makes you feel at home and always a kind word! Ask for Ms Pam or Susan and they will take care of everything for you!!! Good people and good area!

My boyfriend loves this place and I'm so glad ai got to experience it. Mountain view, black tailed deer wandering around freely. Very close to food places and Safeway. The cabins are Adorable and cozy. Rooms are clean and rustic interior. Staff SUPER friendly.

We were looking for a one night stay in the Colorado Springs area on our way back to Denver to fly home. Saw that they had a few cabins in addition to the rooms. Walked into the lobby and were lucky that one was available. Front desk was so nice! She showed me a cabin first to make sure it was what I wanted. The cabin was very clean, had a kichenette with fridge, microwave and stove/oven, plus a coffee maker. We have stayed in several campground cabins before. This was larger than those, with a nice seating area with a couch. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in while traveling in recent years. The bathroom wasn't fancy, but fancy is not what a cabin is about. There was a mama deer and fawn eating in the lawn behind the cabin when we arrived. The lobby has games and videos that can be checked out. We didn't eat the continental breakfast as we decided to try Hungry Bear Restaurant for breakfast which I also recommend for a good country breakfast. The office worker at checkout was also very nice, giving me suggested scenic routes back to the Denver. I would certainly stay here again if in the area.

Very cute rooms that are pet friendly! The location is very convenient for exploring the area. A light breakfast is available, as well as DVD/VHS, cable, and a small hot tub. Service was all very friendly; would definitely stay again/ recommend! Woodland Park is a very cute little town with some beautiful views!

While not fancy, it does a great job. Rooms are large, fridge, coffee maker with pretty darn good coffee a POT full not 1 baby kureg. While there is only 1 heater/ac unit the thing is on steroids..it works awesome. Bathroom and shower were great as well. Definitely a great no frills space in the middle of the action. Was worried about traffic noise but not an issue even with window.open one night.

Super cute little cabin! The sofa and chairs could use a little upgrade. The TV is very outdated but they do offer a variety of DVD and VHS rentals. The bed was super comfy and the shower was nice.
