It was 5pm. Coach Ryan had 6 people total. Hogging up 3 courts for 3 hours. Stated the courts would not be available until 8pm, even as his players took frequent breaks. No evidence of a reservation with Mango Park. Signs posted saying no lessons allowed, which he conceded to. The coach was rude and had an attitude, repeatedly sarcastically bullying me to exit “his court.”

The top Junior Tennis academy in NorCal. The tennis instruction and fitness drills on the court, and mental coaching were exceptional. We attended Clinics, Summer Program and finally the Full-Time (FT) program. There are quarterly meeting with parents to go over the progress and discuss future plans. The coaches are dedicated and work with the students by sharing their experience and provide guidance during match play. The FT program and clinics are well structured. I would certainly recommend Eagle Fustar Tennis Academy, if your child is dedicated and dreams of pursuing tennis. Start Early, Start Young!

I highly recommend Eagle Fustar Tennis Academy for so many reasons. The academy excels in guiding their players to top public and private universities and Ivy Leagues for them to continue their academic and athletic careers. Playing tennis at a competitive level is a great tool for the young ones. They can continue to learn so many things through both failure and success. For example, tennis teaches children how to manage time, achieve goals, and to believe in themselves. These are the reasons why many Junior tennis players continue to succeed in their life even after their tennis career comes to an end. To reach what many call “a full potential”, one must be surrounded by supportive coaches, friends, and community. My son, Hugo practiced tennis at Eagle Fustar Tennis Academy for six years and met many great tennis coaches and juniors. The coaches that are a part of Eagle Fustar are very experienced in any age and level for junior tennis players. Nick Fustar does an excellent job looking for experienced coaches, and I can confidently say that they are incredible people as well. My son was very young when he started training at the academy. I found the coaches were very patient with the young ones and most importantly taught them how much fun playing tennis is! When he became a teenager, the coaches helped guide him through step by step goals to reach an ultimate goal, which many academies around the world fail to do. Many academies that I have seen tend to be impulsive with their players. When Hugo started high school, he received excellent advice about recruiting and choosing the right university. He also met great friends there. My favorite thing about this academy is that they help push each other, which helps the whole community have a great time on the court. Yes, I am confident to say Eagle Fustar Tennis Academy is one of the top tennis academies in the US and I highly recommend all junior tennis players to give it a shot.

Best academy in the Bay Area for sure - high level kids and legitimate coaches. My boy has been there since summer camps in 2020 and his UTR went from 3 to almost a 7. There is a reason why so many top-level kids end up there, it’s because they get really good hitting and a competitive atmosphere. I highly recommend their clinics for hitting practice and point play, it’s well organized and they get some drill practice as well. That said, Nick and Brian do a good job of hiring high level coaches, so adding some privates with clinics is the perfect way to go. As for pricing, I like their semester bundles, you buy a number of clinics at a discount and have the whole semester to use them. Tennis is an expensive sport, and they keep their prices reasonable for the area we live in and the training they offer. If you want your kid to play at a high level, do yourself a favor and skip community center tennis, if in area there are a few other academies but none as good as Eagle Fustar.

It was after 7pm and lessons were winding down. Coach had 4 people total. There were 4 courts, but they wouldn’t let me and my 8 year old son use one of the two EMPTY courts. Obviously these guys don’t care about kids unless getting paid. Coach was ok yelling that the empty courts were reserved, but when I asked who they were with, he started mumbling. I had to ask 3 times. You don’t want your kids around coaches with attitudes like this.

Eagle Fustar is the best junior tennis academy in the Bay Area with multitude of classes for various levels, camps, individual instructions and experienced coaching personnel. Many top junior players went through the academy and to the top US universities.

My kids have enjoyed the summer camps and group lessons and their private instruction has been phenomenal. I highly recommend if you want to improve your technique and learn from some of the best coaches.
