Stacy was great to work with. Kept on top of scheduling and notified us immediately if any changes came up. Driver teachers were kind and helpful, very safe and knowledgeable. My teen driver passed her test on the first try. Thanks to ECOESC she was very prepared. So glad to have found this place! Highly recommend!

Our 15 year old daughter worked part time and Stacy was so accommodating of schedules and changes. She was professional and answered emails in a timely manner. Our daughter had 3 different instructors and each one was patient, kind, and courteous. I felt comfortable sending her with all of them. They taught her the finer points of driving and were super helpful in teaching her details that contributed to her passing her drivers exam the first time. Would highly, highly recommend this place!!!

This place was horrible. The lady in charge of drivers Ed was very rude. Everytime we called she ignored it. It took over a month to get the driving scheduled, and then you have to wait a week to get your certificate. The in-car teachers didn't help at all. When you didn't understand something, they would just get frustrated instead of try to explain in a manner you would understand. I recommend Frenzles over this program.

Our son attended the East Central Ohio ESC Drivers Ed program. Very wonderful local place for Tuscarawas County residents, Instructors and employees were very friendly and easy to work with, would highly recommend for any student pursuing their drivers license.

The person answering the phone seemed rude when I had too many questions and called back again to double check/ ask another question I hadn’t thought of ... I guess I’m old fashioned and believe in politeness ( and I believe that is the job you are paid for)
