Would have been one star but Karen was a great help ! Rose is racist and have been for years this review was long over due. Rose is so rude it's ridiculous. Rose will look at you ringing the doorbell and not open it. Karen gets give stars thank you for being a space place for people who look like me.

Central Registration staff is an absolute joke, in addition to taking over two weeks to return phone calls, they cop an attitude over paperwork that they provided that was supposedly the incorrect form, yet immediately have some dude with an anger complex on standby to show up at your home unannounced to verify if you live there despite being provided ample proof of such.

Every time I come here or if I moved and need my son's bus route changed it's always a problem rude and unprofessional to say the least how do you talk to parents with an attitude or just with such rudeness when all we are trying to do is seek help and change our childs bus route giving us the parents a hard time something needs to be done about it.
I get I need to do my part when it comes to the documentation but no parent wants to go in there and deal with a miserable person who hates her job and can't help the parents for the simple things that can be delt with in a positive professional manner.

The Board Of Education is a joke. Sharon Bremner is racist, they don't care about educating the kids. I've been fighting them for a little over a year, to get a better education for my child. and Katherine winegardner & Sharon Bremner, are the most racist people that say no, to African-American children for education. Ppts and mediation does not help parents, they have no rights in their eyes..

Very friendly and helpful people. I have two kids going to East Hartford Public schools and the board of education conduct so many events to encourage students to enjoy and have a good experience while at school. Its a community effort and the board of education does its job pretty well.

Absolutely lacking education system, beurocratic nightmare for any assistance with educational issues.
Threatens to fail students instead of provide assistance requested by family. Spoke with principal, all kinds of ppl and just get pushed around. Politicians not teachers. Would not enroll any one there.

My son attended elementary school at John. A. Langford by far the worst school he has been to for help in special education. They only care about being funded and pushed him through school with failing grades from 3rd all the way through 5th. He attended East Hartford Middle from 6th to 7th and transferred out of the district since they did not help him in any way over 5yrs. THE WORST SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENTS.

Wow !! Not to surprised about these present comments .I must say the no child left behind law is fairly something that's now getting out of hand . The East Hartford school districts are failing to supply our childern with a right free education. I must say the schools are not being held accountble for our children education . Let's make them accountble.
