Amazing Organization. The team there trained me my service dog who has helped me with my disability which is a extreamly rare condition called CCHS which makes me not breathe at all when I sleep or passout. Look up Central Congential Hypoventilation Syndrome. So I'm on a ventilator at night and he was trained for my vent alarms. He was perfect. Sadly he passed away early 2024 from old age and we got him at 1.5 years old. Miss him so much. Thank you All of ECAD for giving me the best service dog for me. Love you guys so much❤️❤️❤️. Hoping to see the ECAD team soon😍.

Thank you so much

ECAD has been top notch since our very first interaction last year. We traveled over 8 hours to go to the facility for our "interview" and it was beautiful, clean, and professional. We were there for about two hours. Our son got to meet a few of the dogs that were in training at the time, to get an idea of what kind of temperament would be the best fit. They are great in keeping us updated via email and Facebook, and if I call for any reason they are quick to return my call if they miss it. I'm happy to have found them.

My sister, who is 14 years old, attempted to volunteer at this location. While her first visit was average, she had two other experiences where she arrived and found no one present, despite being told to come in. Thankfully, my mother was able to pick her up. During one of these instances, a woman approached my sister and offered to bring her to another building that we were previously unaware of. We were never informed that this location had another building. Based on these experiences, I would not recommend volunteering at this location due to its unprofessional behavior.

I'm still not sure if I get accepted. The attention and help they provide is amazing they are super caring.
I hope into the program there dogs are supper well trained and save many life. The graduations they have you can see how many people become more independent. Again they are amazing at what they do including the kindness they provide for you.

My 13 year old son was recommended to volunteer with ECAD by his ICAPS therapy team. Prior to attending the orientation, ECAD was fully aware that my son is mildly autistic which means he is shy at first but is smart and willing to learn without one on one supervision. We attended the orientation and a week later, we receive an e-mail that he is not a good fit. This is an organization that supposedly understands disabilities. They train dogs for the disabled. People with autism also have service dogs. It's ironic to me that they send me an e-mail to basically say my son isn't a good fit when they are supposedly dealing with disabled people on a daily basis? This organization appears to be in it for the money.... but I can tell you one thing.... I know many people who donate to them including the corporation that I work for. I doubt they will continue knowing that ECAD is fly by night.... As for my son, he is used to this kind of treatment but this time, maybe a few less donations and some public awareness about this chop shop will make him feel better.
