Avoid this branch if possible. The tellers move like snails - it takes forever to get a transaction done. So slow not enough tellers open people just standing around. Ridiculous!!!!

I don't understand how EECU doesn't have a better rating. They deserve 5 stars. I cannot specifically state every thing they have done for me as a member, but they have undoubtedly gone above and beyond, taking care to look at me as a valuable customer and working with me to address things I have never seen anyone get help with at other banks or credit unions. They also offer lower loan rates with longer terms than anywhere else I've done business with. If you can qualify to be a member here, definitely one of the best financial institutions you can work with!

Casey or whatever her name is was so rude literally kept cutting me off for asking for her help. I never had a bad experience with EECU. She hung up on me too.

I went here to take care of an auto loan for the brand new car I bought and I had Emily helping me. She was super friendly and very helpful! I forgot to submit a loan application and she was able to get me approved to start the loan in a short 5 minutes.

I have applied for a grant for 4 years straight and now I entered my PhD in education and they never considered me. I made the Dean's list 3 times in a row and I have have 3.75 currently... I was so disappointed that not once did they pick a mother of 5 with disabilities for their so called "educational grant" eecu do better. Line times are too long .get faster tellers!

Amazing customer service! Never a bad experience at the Sunnyside Branch. Also, i just received a reward for using my debit card, i received it recently in the mail. They had a good selection. I chose to go with the $10 regal movie reward. Thank you! Don't stop being awesome EECU.

I applied for an Auto loan and got a fast approval. Erin made the financing aspect of my car purchase very easy. She answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. They gave me a low interest rate compared to the dealer and helped me figure out what monthly payment was fitting for me. Highly recommend EECU for any type of loan!
