I wish I could give these people a zero my daughter did this program last year. Everything went smoothly. Everything was perfect for three months now I have been trying to get my son enrolled. I’ve emailed I’ve called them multiple times. No one is picking up not even once I’ve left voicemails. No one has called me back three months. Then I finally went in. I spoke to the receptionist up in the front and she went to the back she said she spoke to someone and that they would call me back. They’re in the next day. I let them know you can call me back. You can text me. I gave her my email. It’s probably been a week or two weeks since that event still nothing so I tried giving them a call again. No one to pick up so at this point I’m just going to take it up to the next manager. I hope they’re not like them and will answer. I usually don’t write reviews. The only reason I am is because I noticed that the bad reviews on here get the attention and someone replies back to you so maybe after I post this someone will actually take the time and call me back.

My son was 1 when COVID hit, and because of that was home with us. We recognized around that time (1 yo) and the Dr confirmed when he turned 2 that he has a speech delay (Dr was hesitant to confirm prior). We were referred to EOCF where he was placed in a blended program (teaching both children who have developmental delays and those who don't) housed at Orchards Elem. Hands down has been the BEST experience for my child. Not only was he able to build his social skills and make friends, but his language has improved as well which has positively impacted his confidence. He is picking up new words almost daily and has the benefit of learning from a speech therapist 1x/week through this program. His teachers are amazing and genuinely care about the students. They also encourage parents participation as much as possible. I highly recommend EOCF. They really care about the children and their families. Thank you EOCF!

The St. John’s location is the worst preschool location from the program...try mini school preschool or St Lutherans....I changed my entire schedule just so he can attend a PM class and the teachers call CPS on you for any small infraction because it’s the Law! They don’t celebrate any Xmas, valentines day etc....they like praise other cultures instead!

While the teachers are hardworking and great. The curriculem is not allowing the teaching of space and dinosaurs. While this may seem small. This restricts the child's imagination and wonder about the world. This program is going downhill.
