Prospective students, beware. Go over the contract with someone you trust and keep it somewhere you can refer back to it. The contract I signed did not reflect the same terms versus what they used to issue me a refund. It's unfortunate that they're not transparent and enter CYA mode the second a student needs reasonable accommodations to complete the program. For a school that receives federal funding, I'm shocked to know that they weren't versed on how to help or 504 plans.

We went for a tour and found out about what we needed to do to get enrolled. They have open enrollment, so you can start any Monday that you want after the paperwork is all filled out. They are very friendly and very helpful.

I was originally talking to this school in December and we set the date to start January 7th. I was so excited and got prepared and had called on the 4th to ask a few questions. They then told me that I actually couldn’t start until April! A whole 3 days notice!! Then I got a call back from them saying that they “talked to the head person” and I could start on January 28th. So I showed up to school ready to start on the 28th, and the “manager” didn’t even know who I was and said she didn’t know I was starting that day. They then talked to the “head person” again, and they said there is no one supposed to start until February 11th. So as I was standing in front of the “manager” and “admissions” women I asked five times, “Are you 100% positive that I will be able to start on February 11th?” and each time they responded confidently yes! Come February 11th and school got cancelled due to the weather, so I said it’s okay I get to start tomorrow. Nope! I get a called a few hours later saying that I actually can’t start until April, again! I tried asking for the head person’s number to talk to them and she said that they could not give out that information. They claim to have a rolling curriculum for students to be able to start any week, but then they say that they want students to start in groups so they can graduate as a group. All I’ve been trying to do is get my esthetician’s license and they just don’t want to let me in the school to get the training I need.

Absolutely an awesome place to get your haircut, get your nails did!! Lol Jess IS my stylist, I will go back to her every single time. I went from hair almost to my backside to hair on my collar... absolutely love her.

Don't try to book a special spa day the works for you and mom when you get there told shut the door it's ❄️ cold then no certification for facial hair or anything . Called Dawn manager nothing better very bad business.. report to BBB....
