We can’t say enough good things about Elite Training! We sent our two golden retrievers (4 year old and 8 month old) for a board and train program, and the results exceeded our expectations. Throughout their stay, we received multiple training videos that kept us updated on their progress, as well as detailed report cards twice a week. It was so reassuring to see how well they were cared for by the team and how much progress they were making!

The follow-up in-home training sessions with Ivan have been fantastic. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in ensuring we understand how to maintain training at home. Our boys came back not only happier but so much better behaved. We’re amazed at how well they listen now, even in distracting environments.

Elite Training truly goes above and beyond. Their professionalism, communication, and genuine care for our dogs made all the difference. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top quality training!

Ivan has been great with our dog Nellie. Nellie has been struggling with counter surfing and jumping. After just one lesson we already started to see a difference. We signed up for the in home training and it’s been so convenient for us as busy dog parents and nurses. Nellie gets so excited to work with Ivan. He has so much knowledge about dogs and my husband and I have learned a ton. We were also to reach him via text whenever we had questions. We were extremely happy we chose Ivan.

Since working with Ivan, our Corgi puppy has progressed way beyond our expectations. The puppy arrived with aggression issues. Ivan knew immediately how to work with him and after a few weeks the aggression is gone. Ivan is intuitive and thoughtful with his training. His staff is very supportive and accommodating. I can’t say enough about Elite Training.

Ivan has taught me how to care and bond with my Papillon from day one. With patience and time I have become a confident dog owner. When it comes to recommending anything from diet to dog toys, he is always ready to help and offer the best advice!

I've known Ivan for years, and saw first hand his passion for dogs, and continuous improvement. He helped me my puggle rescue, Bruce, thru the bonding process, and gave great tips for overcoming obstacles. I reccomend him to anyone who needs a little help with any aspect of dog ownership or care

Elite Training Center did great with my puppy seven. He was pretty uncontrollable before and I struggled a lot with him. Since coming back he is more tolerable and I have a good idea on what to work with him on! I also appreciated the updates via the weekly report cards!

update:I was suppose to get a free lesson which i never received.. I also never received my puppies grey blanket back. I’m sure this situation could’ve been rectified but they have not reached out to me again to reschedule or anything in over a month. At this point I no longer want to work with this company.

My dog already had obedience training as a young puppy, and Ivan insisted he did not learn anything, actually he did. He knew how to sit for food already and to lay down for food. But only for food. Which is exactly what they reiterated the two weeks he was there. They did not train them anything and I refuse to follow their home program because they want him restrained the whole time when he’s home, they never socialized him because they don’t want him around other dogs and they don’t want him going up to other people. It was a huge waste of money, he refused to adapt his Training program, if you can even call it that, to my lifestyle or to my dog. He expected me to change my life to adapt to his program! He actually did not address any of the things I specifically told him to help and just did his program, which my dog didn’t Need at all. He wanted me to use a head harness to walk him so basically he never trained How not to pull on his leash, because he didn’t even walk him with his harness, he walked in with a head harness! I’m not restraining my dog because I find it inhumane, and I find the treatment of my dog inhumane there. They locked him in a kennel for God knows how long, he barked more frequently and louder than ever They did not address the barking or crying because they let him just cry it out as I was told. They are extremely rude there. They do not answer phone calls. I went three days without hearing from anybody. It was a holiday weekend, but nobody returned my any calls and I left four messages. It took two days to get a response when my dog was aggressive when he got home, and I got told my dog just doesn’t like me! And that I’m a bad dog owner that I don’t know how to take care of my dog or pay attention to him! On the phone he was completely condescending, very rude and telling me “I’m talking slow so you can understand me!” He has no idea how to deal with customers, and thinks he is always right, his method is terrible. He’s just feeding your dog to follow command. I can do that and I already did that. I wasted $2500 that was supposed to be 2000 but it got upped because my dog was so high maintenance, he had to actually sleep at Ivan‘s house? This seemed OK at first, but it all seems very sketchy now. Not Allowed to see the facility where he was staying, they took him from the parking lot and told me I couldn’t go in. They sent home a report card week twice a week. Basically a generic fill out form. They send a video that’s nine minutes of them, feeding your dog to sit! Or to lay! Or to follow the food! That is not training that is a waste of money! I’m so sorry my dog went there. He came home very depressed, crying more than ever barking louder than ever, probably because he was in the kennel so long trying to out bark the other dogs and get some attention! He actually tries to bite one of my neighbors! Which he has never done. He was the sweetest dog. I’ve gotten him back to normal after maybe three days With a ton of affection because obviously he didn’t get what he needed there. There was no real training and too much neglect because he came home so Depressed and despondent. I told Ivan he did not care. He just insulted me for about 20 minutes and blamed everything on me as a dog owner. He also told me his own dogs don’t leave his house! And that dog do not need to run around outside. Wants my dog in a leash 24 seven in the house or in the crate. How is that living for my dog and how is that training him? I don’t know why he took him for two weeks if he couldn’t do anything. He just wanted the money, which is all he does. If you have a young puppy that needs to know how to sit. This might be good. If you have a dog with any behavioral issues, this man does not know what he’s doing. He makes it worse and doesn’t take responsibility and just takes your money. I’m sure Ivan has a snarky comeback, but I literally have a recording of him on the phone. Contact me to hear it
