I started at EMAS with taking beginning acting classes and now I’m graduating from the Meisner Program. I can confidently say that my work has grown and gotten deeper with the help of my teachers: Chase, Terry, Ken, Jordana, Elizabeth. They really pushed me further than I ever thought I could go. I could not rave about them more!!

Just completed the 2-year Meisner program and can say with certainty that this is THE best acting program in Los Angeles, LOOK NO FURTHER. I can say with certainty the performer - and person - that I am today, is an evolved version of myself I didn't know I could reach, because of this class. Like a great workout, this class will break you down and build you up in ways you can't even imagine. Practically speaking, my auditions are completely night and day from before - and this course gave me all the tools and community I need to tackle any character or performance opportunity that may come my way. Sandy, Jordana, Elizabeth, and Ken each have a beautifully unique way of tapping into the actor's core to bring out your best performance. Each class is intentional, purposeful, and challenging in a way that makes you want more. And the best part of it all, is that I bonded with my class, and made lifelong friends I would have never met otherwise. This is the closest thing you can get to a graduate level conservatory program (if not better). Just do it.

Attending Elizabeth Mestnik Acting Studio has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I started attending with the intention of only taking one course - the Foundations Class: the Character - but I fell in love with the teachers and the community there! I went on to take the Script Foundations course, 2 year Meisner program and the scene study class there. I will definitely be returning at some point, because I love how Elizabeth values her students' needs. The staff is tough, but friendly - constructive criticism only and they are ALWAYS there to listen if you feel like you've had an unsuccessful class. And the work ethic I've built at EMAS has been so helpful since I culminated from their courses.
