Worst place ever!!! I payed unemployment in every week and when need it and deserve it They make u wait months to get paid. How can people use it to help get a job if we can't get it I don't want to pay unemployment in if I got to fight for it.

There was a long line and there were about 5 of us almost to the door, it was finally almost our turn. A gentleman came out at 4:30 to say they were closing we told him we had waited so long could he not let us stay and get our turns. He reluctantly agreed and went as far as taking over one of the 2 (YES THEY ONLY HAVE 2 WINDOWS OPEN!) windows when one of the ladies went home for the day. He was very nice and helpful! He didn't have to let us in or help people but he did. I wish I had gotten his name. He was a tall gray haired man. The lady who waited on me was also very nice. THANK YOU BOTH! You give your office a good name!

Nice, clean, place. After filling out the information on the computer, there was a direct phone line to Fayetteville to start the process. The wait on the phone to talk to a representative was about 45 minutes.
It seems that instead of going to Ft. Smith, or another town, all local libraries could handle the employment work stations. Or tap into the system on a personal computer, or phone.

The line was long. A three hour wait time no matter what time you go. The people are helpful and polite. They are working as fast as they can. If I could I'd give the people working 5 stars and the wait time 1 star. This is during the Covid-19 pandemic, so I'm sure this is the reason for the wait time.

I had to go to the unemployment office during the busy COVID-19 pandemic. The people were very helpful and friendly. They were quick and took care of my problem and relieved my mind. Since it was my first time I was unsure and someone came and made sure that I had all the information I needed to help me. Someone also came outside to help expedite the process if he could. Overall it was a great experience in the time of not so great experiences. Thank you for being so caring in this time of need.

I'm a Self-Employed Sub-Contractor who does qualify for unemployment benefits. That being said I have to look for assistance elsewhere. One of them required a printout of payments made to me by the unemployment office (which is zero).

I guarantee that the lines would be shorter if the lady was more willing to listen to people on the other side of the glass instead of asking so many questions that do not apply. She did it to the 9 people before me and I assume the15 behind me.

Walk up and state why you are there loud enough to be heard behind your mask and the glass with determination and you will be on your way. We'll get through this together. Good luck, and God Bless.

Tried calling because I tested positive so I have to be in quarantine and every time it eventually lets me through the call gets dropped. They really need to work on the phone system and just have it where people are staying on the line and be put on a waiting list for phone calls to be answered instead of hung up on.
