I highly recommend Enchanted Care Westerville. I was recommended to Enchanted Care by another family and we are so happy with the care our children receive. There is also excellent communication from the administrators and teachers to let us know about upcoming events and what’s going on in the classroom each day. Special shout-out to the infant room with Ms Aaron and Ms Erica and the toddler room with Ms Ashley. Both of my kids enjoy their time and learn so much!

We have had our baby at Enchanted Care for a few months and have great things to say! Aaron and Erica as her teachers have been awesome! They know my child so well and she smiles everytime she sees them. We love the pictures we get throughout the day of the crafts they make and fun our baby is having. They have been really receptive to changes in our child's sleeping habits. I feel like they listen to our thoughts and desires for our child. I don't think our baby would be this far developmentally without her time at Enchanted Care.

We were hesitant about sending our daughter to daycare as she has always had nanny’s. However, after touring a few other places, ELC is the place we felt most comfortable with. Everyone knows the children by name and are so friendly. My daughter’s teachers have really made such a huge impact on her development and we couldn’t be more grateful. They really care about your child’s growth and development, both socially/emotionally and educationally.

We were initially hesitant to send our daughter to daycare, unsure if she would be able to adjust. However, seeing her run towards Ashley with excitement every morning when we drop her off has put all our concerns to rest.

I can't say enough good things about Enchanted Care Westerville. The staff is exceptional—friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about working with kids. They create a structured yet fun atmosphere, full of engaging activities.

The communication is top-notch. I always receive updates about my child's day, including photos and notes about what they've been working on. It's reassuring to know that my kids are not only well cared for but also thriving.

Overall, I highly recommend Enchanted Care Westerville to any parent looking for a caring, professional, and enriching place for their child. My child loves going there every day, and I feel confident knowing they are in such good hands. I have to give a special shout out to the teachers we have had the pleasure of knowing since we started -- Ms. Makayla, Ms. Ashley, Ms. Brittney, Ms. Megan, Ms. Melanie, Ms. Jena, Ms. Marissa, Mr. Kenya, and Ms. Nikki. Ms. Makayla has been a teacher to both of my kids and has moved classes with my daughter each year and I am so grateful for that because she is wonderful!

Enchanted care has been with us for all three of our children. They are the best! All the staff is fabulous and my middle child just loves Miss Melani. She is so great with him and takes time to really get to know each child!

I highly recommend Enchanted Care of Westerville! We just transitioned our 11 month old daughter from another daycare a month ago. She has been thriving ever since starting in the infant room at Enchanted Care. She loves the teachers and the other students and I believe it’s because of the nurturing and safe environment they provide for her. I love seeing how much fun she is having in pictures they send and watching her get excited to go with the teachers in the morning when I drop her off. They provide plenty of fun activities and really care about watching your children grow and develop. You can really tell a difference in how they run their facility and prioritize hiring experienced staff who want to stay at their center for the long haul.

Update: It is now January 2025, 7 months after I wrote this original review, and we are still loving EC! My daughter loves her time with Mrs. Patricia and Mrs. Kaitlyn so much that she tries to stay awake when all the other kids are napping just to get time with them all to herself. We are still very happy with EC!
