First, jerzone doesn't help you with anything. I just use you as an errand boy. They're on dogs People block the owner's dogsTwo maintenance around their house

This team is the best, Jennifer and Dominique did everything in their power to help me get employed and their expertise is bar none they were excellent at coaching and mentoring to obtain my employment. They are true professionals they worked with me one-on-one to get everything done the way it was supposed to I really recommend this great team and I look forward to obtaining their help the next time!! They really treat you like a true friend they will never let you down as long as you do your homework. I learn from them that THERE'S NO SHORTCUTS TO SUCCESS. I have struggled with severe anxiety since childhood. After several unsuccessful attempts at employment that were cut short by panic attacks and breakdowns, my doctors convinced me to apply for disability. This has been my only income since 2003. I was always too afraid to try again. My vocational rehabilitation counselor referred me to Encourage, and I was at first skeptical. I did not see this ending well because of my past. Jennifer, Bobbielynn, Kayla, and Dominique have been my biggest cheerleaders from the moment I started their work adjustment training program. Because of them, I now know that I CAN work again. I just need to find the right work environment. Their support, encouragement, and direction have helped me in ways that decades of therapy had failed. They go above and beyond a working relationship with me with their kindness and understanding. I am so grateful for what they have helped me to learn about myself.

When i first started at Encourage Az i was SO excited. Ibwas working with a "best friend" and her step mother. Being promised that our outside life would not conflict with our job exactly one week later on mothers day jennifer decided to let me go over something that happened outside of work. She allows her manager of the office to drink on the job while she is out of the office on fridays and leaves clients in the office with less staff members (which is against the law). Jennifer puts on a good front that she loves what she does and loves her cliebts but has made it more than obvious she isbtheir because of how much the state pays her to do what she does, not because its her passion from within. I would re consider looking into other agencies before sticking your loved ones here to people thay are nothing but money hungry!
