LJ is the best. Her workouts are challenging and provide results. After 3 months I am thrilled with my results and look forward to the 1 year mark. Her meal plans are tailored to each client. While not something I was looking for, the camaraderie has been an unexpected bonus and source of motivation. You owe this to yourself.

This is definitely the place you want to be if you want to lose weight and keep it off. Nothing but positive things to say about Epic Fitness. I've been a happy customer since Nov 2022 and I've lost 35+lbs as well as built muscle. LJ is family oriented and when you join, you're a part of her family, as well as the Epic family.
