What an incredible experience to get out in nature with my team and connect to each other and the most amazing horses. Sabine has created a truly transformative experience and you walk away feeling whole and as if you connected not only with yourself and your team but with her magical, and very well cared for animals. At one point the horse and I were breathing as one and I geniunly felt a real and profound connection. It was an experience all of us at Unplug will never forget. Sabine’s passion for horses is contagious. Her extensive riding experience combined with her desire to inspire a love of horses makes her a special instructor. She brings energy and a love for horses to all of her lessons. Sabine taught my daughter one-on-one and my daughter wanted to ride with Sabine everyday. My daughter was bursting with joy after each lesson. My daughter loved how Sabine allowed her to play and have fun with the horses all while learning valuable horse skills. This was my first time ever interacting with horses up close and personal such as this. With the Stellar guidance and wisdom of Sabine Niederberghaus (horse whisperer) led me to what has been felt as utter transformational. From the greeting into the Ranch to the selecting of the or in my case a particular horse selecting me… There was an immense amount of energy to be acknowledged, and appreciated. A level of connection that allowed for trust and safety to be felt amongst us both. The strength and power the horses provided along with my willingness to let go, release and heal from that which no longer served me still lingers with me today. Sabine and her amazing horses are something so special. My sessions at the Equine Leadership Program have been exhilarating and transformational. I had never been around horses and Sabine made me feel very safe and at ease right away. Her LOVE and 35+ years of knowledge and experience with horses is deep and obvious as she engages with them and you. She is peaceful, encouraging and patient and she guides you through the session and knows when to gently nudge you out of your comfort zone for growth. A leader. Her horses… beautiful and amazing. Each one has its own personality, lesson to teach and way to teach it. I’m forever grateful for this experience and cannot recommend it enough to anyone who - for themselves, their children or their teams- is looking to build confidence, gain valuable communication and leadership skills or simply to have an alternative therapy experience through powerful engagements with these majestic animals. I look forward to continuing my work personally as well as finding ways to help others at my organization through these wonderful sessions at the ELP. Looking forward to my next trip back to the beautiful and tranquil La Esperanza Ranch. Thank you so much, Sabine for sharing your horses, your gorgeous ranch and yourself. The ELP is such a treasure! I am so grateful that I took a chance and stepped out of my comfort zone to participate in this program! It is such a unique experience and it meets you right where you are so you learn exactly what you need to learn in this moment. Sabine is a wonderful teacher! She guides you to connect with the horses on such an intuitive level that when you start really working with them you get this immediate feedback and understanding of your communication patterns and where you can improve. It really allowed me to see the subtleties of my behavior and where I was not quite as strong as I thought. It has truly been such a gift and given me so much perspective, not to mention there are not even enough words to describe how magical is it to connect with these horses. Your program is such a gift! Sabine is an incredible leader with an innate ability to partner a person with the horse that will "speak to the individual". Her ELP day session with my team was beyond memorable.
