Very very nice location, nice staff. Large variety of machines although not much space. We were there outside of rush hour so I don’t know what it would be like during rush hour. That being said we had an awesome trainer, Jordan Perry who was very sweet 🙂

Why do the classes at the yoga studio have a microphone and loud music?

I want to practice yoga and barre with focus and calmness. I’ve left classes early multiple times solely because of the microphone, and I have witnessed many others struggling to concentrate on the movements due to the excessive noise.

I understand the use of a microphone for HIIT and cardio classes, but in a small studio where we are doing low-impact exercises, it feels unnecessary. The loud music and microphone do not add value to these sessions.

Could you please consider adjusting the volume levels or at least indicating the sound level for each class? Some people are sensitive to noise, and this would help them choose accordingly.

Be aware of how they run their business in Greenwich. I visited for a week my daughter in august and wanted to purchase a one time pass but I was told it is impossible, I rended up buying a one month pass for 350 $

I left Greenwich back home and I had a week later a medical procedure in my lower back and hip which they were aware of - therefore it was clear that I’m
Not local and that I was scheduled for a Mecical Procedure which will prevent me for committing!!!!

Nevertheless Travis the manager is refusing to reimburse me for charges ( month I was not there) claimkng I signed for 12 months.

This is very unfortunate because when you meet thief sell team they seem so nice and understanding that you don’t read the small print. Just sharing here my experience so hopefully you don’t fall into the same trap!!!

This place is a cesspool of slimy people who will try to scam you. Legal action is in the works and will be brought against the company early next year.
