For my first time there, everyone seemed pretty nice, used all proper manners, and answered my questions. I don't like the new number thing. They should have more people working, took a little bit if time to get to my number and it was only 2 day. Quite a few people walked out as well.

I had no issues here when signing up for benefits. The staff in the office was nice and helped me figure some things out.
However it is a little confusing when you walk in. The directions on where to go or what to do aren’t clear.

Workers are okay. Some are very rude and unpleasant. Others can be polite and helpful. I have had a hard time getting in contact with them about several appointments and applications that seemed to go nowhere on their end, which is frustrating!

Places helpful at times.But then they like to screw you and give you your food stamps a whole month early without telling you. Now my family has to struggle for 30 more days with no food.

Can't ever reach anyone. Takes 2 weeks to get a call back on important matters. The workers are rude and can never point you in the right direction. Hell the call in menu you can't point you in the right direction, other than going to the even worse website.
