The unprofessionalism is honestly insane. These people will send your information around to 50 different “case managers” a month, they never have any answers to anything, they know very little about their job. I’ve had more case managers than I can count on all of my hands and feet but they can’t even figure out where people utility balances are going. Wouldn’t recommend to a dying dog.

Need help getting your foot in the door to living responsibly then look into erie metro housing and the places they offer housing. Been at Bayshore for about 3-4 years. It aint the best place and it aint the worst. The fact they encourage housing to be possible for those with a disability is like nothing you'd ever think of. I do feel erie metro could take a step up as far as punishment to those who treat people with disrespect and who break rules daily at the buildings. Obviously breaking rules is everyday stuff and nothing is perfect. With that being said, if you're like me and don't really bother getting stirred up in something that aint your business then I'd say you shouldn't have any problem here. If the words from the individual aren't hello or bye then don't bother talking to them.

Just my advice. Take it or leave it.

Worst workers ever run ur metro housing better and maybe help then act like a detective. And telling on people when the lil African American lady sells crack. So maybe check her out first she have a birth mark on her face. But gets everybody else kicked off metro than try to help the less unfortunate. Thanks God bless.

Very nice people work there. They make you feel like you are a priority and not just a number. I am very grateful to have such an amazing place help me in a time of need! Erie County is where it's at!!!
