This was the worst service I have ever had. I booked online for 9:00 A.M for a full body wax. I got there a couple minutes early and no one was at the desk. I peeked around the corner where they do nails and no one was there either. I sat down and waited about 15 minutes and looked again. No one was there. I waited about 20 more minutes and looked again. There were two girls doing their nails. Apparently no one knew I had an appointment. I got confirmation emails and everything. I don’t understand why I had to wait 40 minutes for a service that was already booked. I also had called and booked a hair appointment For later that day and they waited until after my wax to tell me they couldn’t do it. I didn’t even get to do the full body wax because I had other things to do. Which is why I booked this for so early in the morning. I wanted a service at 9 not at 9:40. So unprofessional. I guess they were too focused on their Halloween party they were having to do anything else ?

I received an amazing gel manicure with Greta! She was extremely detail oriented and made sure I was happy and comfortable all the way through. Great experience! I will definitely be coming back again.

Greta (gretadoesmynails) has given me two different manicures. The first was a regular spa mani, beautiful. The second was a gel manicure. It is GORGEOUS. Posting a pic taken on day 6! She was attentive to my requests and made me very comfortable.

I had a facial done for Mother's Day with Lizeth. The atmosphere in the main building was nice: bright, airy and modern. All of the staff and students were friendly. The room where I got my facial was relaxing, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. My facial was extremely relaxing, I almost fell asleep. The lotions, oils and whatever else Lizeth used all smelled wonderful. The price was free for a Mother's day special to help the students and celebrate moms, but normally $25, which is extremely worth the price.

I loooved my facial with Amiya! She’s so personable and sweet. Amiya also did my lash lift, lash extensions and gave me a wax! She’s very professional and dedicated, I’ll definitely be back!
