I started going to Evolution almost three years ago for PT on my shoulder, and right away knew this was not your average place! I decided to try their Functional HIIT classes while my shoulder was still recovering. The instructor was not my physical therapist yet knew exactly how to help me modify the workout just for me. I’ve been a regular at classes these past two years. Never have I ever thought I’d enjoy working out, let alone in a class environment. The classes have flexible times, and have people of all ages and abilities. The environment is encouraging and positive, and the staff has a great way of keeping you motivated. I have also been taking advantage of their nutritional and weight loss coaching. And I’ve made some great friends along the way! It’s a lot of hard work, but it’s worth it and I’m seeing -and feeling - the results! Thank you, Brian and your entire team.

The reason I gave 5 stars is because my physical therapist Harrison is the Best physical therapist! He’s knowledgeable about various techniques and exercises to relieve my pain. He clearly explains treatment plans, listens attentively to my concerns, and is positive and encouraging. This is not a cookie cutter place. They work with the patients and care about their recovery. They spend the time with you. Harrison works with athletes, so he knows how to relieve pain. He’s passionate about getting results!

A great facility where Harrison has worked carefully to get me back up to performance level after knee surgery. I wouldn't be healing so well without him! He. is professional - truly amazing at finding the contracted muscles and swelling that prevent good healing.

Kristina at Evolution PT and Fitness in Darien has been such a HUGE help in alleviating my knee and hip pain. After arthroscopic surgery on my right knee decades ago, I slowly became more and more sedentary over time despite a brief period of training for the occasional fun run or half marathon. My range of motion suffered over time too. Now, I'm done with that, wanting to make every day to be as active and pain free as possible. Kristina listens carefully. She is very professional and, most importantly, effective. She is knowledgeable and experienced, knowing exactly what exercise will strengthen and correct the habits we may have fallen into. After a few weeks, I can already see (and feel!) the results of Kristin's excellent care!
