So glad to find this gym! Classes are great and I've already started to see results in just a couple months! All of the coaches make sure your form is safe and effective. Elijah takes time to make sure we get a great stretch of all the muscles we worked out in class.

I really like the coaches and the enthusiasm that they bring to each class. Elijah is always so friendly and motivating, and he has good stretches at the end of each workout. Timmery helps out a lot with form in her classes, and pushes you to try harder (as tolerated, of course). Robbie is also kind as well, and motivates us at each workout.

I have been training here for a month now and I have nothing but great things to say. Atmosphere is great and coaches are awesome. They are always helpful and friendly. And in each class help me get the most out of the class while doing it safely.. In just the short amount of time I have seen major health wins and am really learning to trust my body.

F45 is the best! The staff members are always energetic, they are extremely knowledgeable and make the workout enjoyable and fun. The workouts are well planned out and different each day. I like that I do not ever have to rely on myself to create a workout.

This gym is amazing! Coach Timmery and coach Robbie are amazing! I started coming to this gym after physical therapy and they have been able to help me continue to progress . I love how much they pay attention to my form.

Absolutely LOVE this place! I’am so please with my experience at F45, not only are the coaches super knowledgeable but they are extremely patient and helpful with every individuals needs! Not to mention the amazing energy and workouts.

I enjoy all clases. Some exercises are hard but coaches are there to help and motivate me. I’m getting stronger and better every day! Place is always clean and very organized. It is the perfect day to star my day.
