I thought I was more of a yoga girlie and at first I was nervous about going to f45, but I actually am having a lot of fun!! Very nice morning crowd, and I loveee all of the morning and weekend trainers that I’ve met. They help me with my form, make sure there are appropriate weights for me at each station before I get there, keep the stations clean, and encourage me! I feel stronger already. So happy f45 opened up downtown!

This place is amazing, clean, and new! The owner is the sweetest and the coaches and so awesome! Everyone is super helpful, friendly, driven, and well versed in what they do. This is the only gym that I truly feel comfortable at. I recommend this place for anyone looking for group fitness with a great atmosphere.

Madi is an inspiration and makes even the most difficult workouts enjoyable. After years in gyms, I was skeptical F45 would be challenging enough, but Madi and all of the trainers can design progressions to challenge even the most experienced gym rat.

While I like the gym format and the trainers just be prepared for their cancellation policies. You will be expected to cover an entire extra month ($200+) if you need to cancel if you get injured.

Finishing up my second week of going to F45 Downtown and all I can say is WOW. I’ve never been the gym type but when I saw this location opening up, I decided to finally give it a go and I have not regretted it for a second! The location is super convenient, the gym is awesome (bonus points for being really clean inside), and the trainers make classes a blast! Everyone who works there has been very welcoming and the enthusiastic energy during the workouts is contagious. I think I found my latest addiction. Seriously, try this place out ASAP!

I love F45 Downtown Phoenix! If you like to workout in a group fitness settings, enjoy a supportive community of like-minded individuals, and amazing coaches to guide you through your fitness journey, then this IS the gym for you!
I also enjoy the events that the owner puts together for us, like yoga, sound baths and chiro adjustments to keep us healthy and well-rounded!
The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and supportive. They helped and motivated me through my postpartum journey. I truly appreciate my F45 fam!

I did a week trial and already knew after my second workout that this was going to be my fitness home!! Everyone here has been so nice and the trainers are amazing!! Shoutout to Ben and Madi who have made the classes so fun and they push you do to your best!! I immediately signed up and cannot wait to see myself commit to this incredible community!!
