I joined about a month ago, and I love it!

Love how nice the coaches are!!! Everyone is super welcoming, even members! Music selection is great! Makes it really fun to work out!!

I was having a hard time staying committed to a regular gym and I was very hesitant to commit to new style of working out… and I am very glad I did!! I feel I spend the minimal time working out in a very effective way.

Even though it is a fun environment to work out, it is very challenging !!! But I love it, gives me the chance to prove to myself I can get there!

I 100% recommend!!!

Started my fitness journey back in August and this gym has been AMAZING!!! Wonderful coaches and just great people to be around overall!! I have never been able to stay committed to going to the gym until I started F45. The workouts are GREAT!

I really enjoy this gym, and the workout is perfect amount of work in the time I have available but the best part about it is the instructors. I have felt supported and encouraged by the coaches every day. I started out coming a couple times a week but quickly upgraded so I could come more. Check it out. You won’t be disappointed.

This is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. The instructors are very supportive and knowledgeable. The gym has a wide range of equipment which provides a variety of cardio and endurance workouts. Having multiple past injuries, it’s great having instructors that make sure you’re using proper form providing maximum effort and results.

I took my first class at F45 Murrieta North in June 2022 and have been attending classes 5/6 days a week ever since. You won't find a better gym anywhere else in Southern California. PERIOD. I have been to Equinox, Lifetime, and every other big box gym you could think of. I prefer the upscale boutique gym experience that this F45 location has brilliantly curated.

The F45 structure really sets you up for success - you don't have to worry about waiting for a machine/equipment, you just have to show up and you're gonna get a killer workout in. I have been to many other F45 locations across the country and the experience is positive all around but what really stands out about this particular location is the people. It's a fantastic community of members and coaches! The team at F45 Murrieta North has worked hard to create a family like environment that is inclusive, encouraging, welcoming, and positive for every member or guest that walks through their door.

All of the coaches are so supportive 10/10 and genuinely want to help you reach your goals no matter where you are at on your fitness journey. Their slogan could not be more true.

Best gym in Temecula Valley! Even if you’re just starting out or have asthma like me, you can still do it! And the best part is, the coaches are super supportive and will guide you through any modifications if needed. I have been fit for most part of my life and I have tried a little of everything and this is by far the best group training workout I've ever tried! Coaches are the most supportive and are there to motivate me. (Jake is awesome!!!) Every workout leaves me wanting more. They are fun, motivating, and the workouts are very effective!!!
