My workouts have generally been with Nate and Will and they truly make the experience great. They're motivating, knowledgeable, and hilarious. They make the gym atmosphere a great place to get back into shape (in my case!) Classes are capped and never feel too full. Nothing but good things so far!

This is a great workout! Additionally, there are people of all fitness levels so there is no need to feel insecure if you are just getting started. The coaches are very supportive and helpful if you need to find a slight adjustment for an injury.

I have been going to F45 Tatum Ranch for about 2 months now. I absolutely love it! I love that not only do you get a full body workout practically each session but the workouts are always changing so you don't get bored of doing the same thing. For me, group sessions bring the energy I need to stay motivated! That coupled with the amazing trainers and the music and the support from all is just what the doctor ordered. I highly recommend!!

Love it! It’s clean, neat, organized and bright. They’re open 364 days a year with plenty of workout options each day. The workouts are hard, but not unachievable. People of all ages and sizes and levels of athleticism can get a good workout. I’ve worked out pretty consistently for the past 25 years and can stay with confidence that I really feel like I’m getting a good workout, I feel stronger and am more inclined to push myself harder. The trainers are friendly, helpful and encouraging. The members are great - friendly and supportive. I’m really glad I found F45!

After dedicating 36 years to a career as a personal trainer, my passion for fitness has been both my calling and my challenge. Despite a lifelong commitment to staying active and self-motivated, I found myself grappling with the all-too-common feeling of burnout. It's a challenge many in the fitness industry face.

F45, introduced to me by my nephew in an effort to shake up my routine. I approached F45 with skepticism and curiosity, not too sure it could offer something new to someone who thought they'd seen it all. I was pleasantly surprised. F45 wasn't just a workout, it was a revitalizing fitness journey that managed to challenge and inspire me in the way I needed.

The variety and intensity of the 45-minute sessions, no two workouts feel the same. What sets F45 apart, is its community. The energy is infectious, the support is incredible, and the camaraderie with the members and trainers seems like a new life in the workout experience.

To anyone feeling stuck in their fitness journey or looking for a community that inspires and challenges, I highly recommend F45. It has helped me overcome my own hurdles with burnout and also reminded me why I fell in love with fitness in the first place, and it has brought my nephew, and I much closer. My nephew's youthful energy and my more mature perspective mutually inspires us to push through our workouts. F45 is more than just a gym, it's a place where passion for health and wellness is rekindled.

I moved up this area recently and was shopping around for a new gym. I was so happy to find f45, it is such a fun and welcoming community! The workouts are really challenging. The coaches are great at explaining the moves and I love how the classes are formatted. There is a great mix of cardio and strength. I feel comfortable here as well and really look forward to the classes.
