I am so excited to see an F45 studio open here in Westerville. F45 is my all time favorite workout that has up to date equipment, a wide range of weights that cater to different abilities and strength. What sets it apart is that they have a number of certified personal trainers at each session to help correct form & motivate.

F45 is more than a group fitness session though , there is a higher level of camaraderie, so don’t be alarmed if you are given a high five &/or fist bump by the entire class at the end  of the session! 🤜🏼🤛🏼

I absolutely can’t live without my early morning training at F45 anymore. The workouts are so creative. The coaches are the best in town, truly worried about your improvement, as well as safe alignment , and still providing modifications. And mostly importantly the community is very supportive, which keeps you accountable. I highly recommend this gym.

Attended F45 Westerville while in the Columbus area for a conference. The facility was top notch and the coaches were very welcoming and motivating. They treated me not as a guest but as a member of the F45 family. The level of community you find at F45 studios are unlike anywhere else. If you live in the Westerville area and are looking for a life changing, community gym, this is your place. Thanks for letting me hang with you and can't wait to come back again next time I'm traveling in the area.

I LOVE F45!! I remember the first time I came in to workout I was welcomed by so many friendly faces. The coaches are great at demonstrating and explaining the workouts for the classes. They are happy to help someone with form to ensure they are doing the workout correctly and getting the most out of their time at the gym. All in all this gym truly has a community feel to it and is a great, fun place to workout.

Strength training is so important for our bodies and F45 provides an incredibly fun and efficient way to accomplish total body strength! I absolutely love how quickly the workouts go. It's a completely different format everyday. The trainers are actively circulating the room to provide immediate feedback to refine form and prevent injury. The vibe of the class is very encouraging and supportive for all fitness levels. So glad to have added F45 to my fitness regime! Highly reccomend that anyone interested give it a try!

I couldn’t say enough about how much I love F45. It’s such an amazing community where we are constantly cheering each other on to hit major milestones. The trainers are such a wonderful mix of encouraging you and pushing you to go harder. They can always provide modifications too. I love the mix of strength training and cardio. Truly a type of gym for everyone!

I belong to another f45 location but I try to get my workouts in when I travel. I reached out on Instagram and they messaged back right away answering all my questions and were super nice and helpful. The workout class was awesome! Everyone was motivated and working hard. Great atmosphere throughout with great coaching. I will be coming back to this location whenever I’m around the Columbus area!
