Last night my sister and I brought our girls to The Rose to see a Taylor Swift cover show. My niece has special needs and is in a wheelchair. The seats we purchased were supposed to be handicap accessible however they were not. Behind us were the owners of fabmetals, they saw our struggles and offered up their seats. I can’t even explain how much that meant to us. We went on to have the most memorable evening. So if you’re doing business with Fabmetals I can assure you they are honest, good, reliable people.

We were doing a repair on a Scott's lawn Service Truck and we were instructed to purchase the rear bumper and its components from Fab Metals. First, we were forced to purchase parts that were not needed as they stated that it could only be purchased as a set. Then we were invoiced for each thing separately. Then We tried to return a part that was not needed, because they were each invoiced as 3 separate items, they should be returnable as 3 separate items. However upon calling for the return, we were told that they would charge a 25% restocking fee and that we would have to pay our own freight to return the item, which is very understandable, but then only after I asked how the refund is handled, I was told that they do not issue refunds. So basically, we were asked to pay 25% of the part cost and shipping to return a part that they were not going to issue us a refund on to begin with. Yeah, So now i am stuck with a part that I will never use that cost 600.00 and will just collect dust. Mind you nowhere on the quote did it state that they do not have a refund policy. What a joke. The whole process from purchasing from them was a joke as well. I will never do business with Fab Metals again.

Came there for a part-time gig told them I just wanted to do like everyone else welled up some parts a guy said he wanted me to do full production weld using blueprints and shop drawings when I made it very clear I was there and it was made clear from them that I would be doing just parts in small work three days a week six hours or eight hours a day after one day they fired me saying they wanted me to do full production this company lies do you watch yourself
