So frustrating, I called and left many voicemails and to finally speak to Rosalinda? I believe she said she would contact me by Friday, when I spoke to her that was on a Tuesday. Fast forward to 2 almost 3 weeks later and I haven't heard back from her about my transcripts or just enrolling period because their online system to sign up for classes NEVER works.

I don't even want the classes as I feel they are a waste of time. I just wanna pay to take the test

My teacher in room 13 is really nice and helpful and fast on unlocking my tests .. the counselor is very nice also I been to another adult school in the pass and they weren’t so nice to me 🙁

I graduated from here in 2006. They tailored a program for me to get my diploma and go to work. I have had to call them several times since then for continued education and requirements for employers. They have always provided my documents in a timely manner and have always been very kind to me on the phone.

It's a great place great school to improve your knowledge and start a better living. My teacher in HVAC is really great, Young yet very easy to get along with. He goes the extra mile just to make sure we all learn and understand our lesson. He make sure of that,,, And that's what i call "TEACHER". He won't let you go home empty handed.

This school is the worst. I enrolled my mother and I online in a Notary class for $99 plus fees totalling $101. Two weeks before the class I received a phone call from Maria Saldavar at 12pm that the class was canceled and that I had to go pick up my refund in person before 5pm. I was at work so my mother went to get the refund, but they refused to assist unless I came as well. I quickly clocked out of work and raced on to the school to get a refund. Once I arrived they told me to I had to give them another $1 to get a refund because they only had $100 bill's didn't have any petty cash and they couldn't refund electronically (which is how I paid). I never carry cash because well I don't have to and literally had to beg the other in line for a $1. Guess what! They didn't have cash either. So I had to run to the break and get cash, so I could get my RUFUND. They only refunded $99 because of a $2 fee I initially paid for when enrolled online eventhough they canceled the class. They didn't even apologize for what THEY put us through. I will never sign up for another class with them.

Be careful when trying to register for GED/HiSet classes and ask BARBARA any kind of question because she has the worst attitude you can imagine and I dnt deal kindly with funky attitudes especially when I walked in there trying to better myself!! And here's the funny part she's the one I spoke with when I called. I suggest going to Vallejo much nicer office staff and Higher completion rates.
