Update: Landlord at old apartment says they are still sending bills to my old address. Take a hint.
Billing is disorganized and they will harass you over charges you don't owe. I've asked them multiple times to please stop calling and sending me letters. It's been three years. Yet they don't stop. Spoke to someone who made it seem they would talk to them, but the issue persists. Not to mention the doctor who told me, "You're overweight but you're still a relatively attractive young woman." The stuff has been always polite and helpful. Jennifer Gilbert, RN has been extremely helpful and caring in the few times I came to the office. The dental team: Dr. Ranagwala seemed professional and knowledgeable and Karina preformed a full mouth X-rays with ease without causing me any discomfort.

I like Family Centers as my primary care. They care so much for the welfare of their patients and provide the best health services they can offer and they're well informed. I'm a new patient in dental and my experience with my dentist was fantastic. She is the best dentist. Their Physicians, Dentists, nurses and all their staff are very professional which makes me so comfortable, very friendly and feel like a family. I would bring my family and friends for this Health Care and will continue to highly recommend it. Some of my friends have already started coming to Family Centers Health Care. My first visit to the family center I did not know what to expect, first I met lorribel and she walked me through all the services and procedures they offer at the facility. She was so sweet and knowledgeable I’ve never felt at ease getting my blood drawn before but she made it quick and made sure I was comfortable! I had a follow up appointment with Joseph Hurtado and I can honestly say I’ve never had a doctor go in depth and explain my lab results as he did! I was truly amazed by his work and knowledge and mostly important I felt like he actually listened to me and took care of all my questions. Definitely glad I found a great group of health professionals because of lorri, giovanny, and Joseph I will be coming back for any future medical care.

I love this family center in Wilbur Peck Ct. Dr. Hurtado takes time to listen about my concerns and explain things very well. Kudos to nurse Loribelle! who got me into series of tests making sure I stay healthy, she is quick and precise.

Worst doctors office ever. I'm looking into finding new PCP and dr for for my self and my child. My son and I been patients here for years. However ignored the mistreatment for the most part cause of the location is so convenient. However after recently calling requesting a copy of my son's immunization records after 2 weeks still haven't received. I also found out some bad news regarding my health while I was on vacation and flying became restricted my pcp wasn't interested in speaking with me gave the front desk a message to find another physician where I was.
