Traci brings a refreshingly holistic approach to the therapeutic sphere. I have been her patient for over a year and under her guidance I have experienced immense personal growth. Traci has equipped me with the tools to navigate my healing journey productively. She is extremely insightful and her model of therapy provided me with the motivation I needed to begin the process of truly deep self-work and introspection. I am grateful to have finally found an effective therapist who prioritizes getting to the root of emotional issues instead of using psychiatric medications as a band-aid.

I can not say enough amazing things about Traci. I have seen several different therapists over the years and none of them seemed to fit... I dealt with anxiety and depression and we were able to get to the root causes of my issues through talking about traumas, family dynamics etc. it has been by far the most helpful approach I have experienced. She has changed my life! My GP and other doctors would push medications to remedy the symptoms I was feeling but going through a holistic approach with Traci had benefited me greatly. It helped me realize that pushing medications is not always the answer. We were also able to work through my issues through workbooks and journaling and it has helped me face several things I was never ready to face. She has helped me learn to live consciously, pay attention to how I treat myself and others and has helped me learn that's it's okay to be vulnerable!! She is kind, compassionate and has changed my entire outlook on life which has greatly improved my self image and my relationships with my friends and family. I live my life with so much more compassion for others and am kinder to myself and those around me. I never thought I would benefit this much from therapy but through meeting Traci, she has shown me how important and beneficial it can be!!!

I have been seeing Traci for 2 years now. She has helped improve my life in countless ways and I have recommended her services to several people. I have been to therapists in they past who were great listeners, but offered very little feedback. I always wondered if therapy was helping at all. Traci is different. She is also a fantastic listener, but always offers food for thought. Instead of telling me how I should feel, she poses questions to allow me to think things out and find a healthy solution that is right for me personally. She is a wealth of knowledge and always offers suggestions for books, films, and services that may help enhance therapy. It is clear that her only objective is her clients well being. Traci has helped me find my voice in situations where I had previously only found fear. I recommend her with sincere trust and confidence. I am a happier and healthier person these days. I could not have done this without Traci's guidance.

I met Traci over a year ago. I was suffering from depression and anxiety from childhood trauma. I was miserable and sick of all my doctors pushing pills on me knowing my family’s history of addiction. I’ve tried many different medications and therapist but nothing every really helped me get to the root of my issues. The day I met Traci was the day my life had changed forever. She opened my eyes to all of the ways my childhood affected my subconscious mind and helps me rewire my brain to leave unhealthy beliefs/behaviors in the past. She also has me trying all sorts of natural vitamins that have helped me balance my hormones to relieve stress and help my mood swings. Through the work I’ve done so far with Traci I’ve mended my relationship with my mother and gained so much insight, wisdom, consciousness, and emotional intelligence. I’ve turned myself around 180 thanks to her and I did it without the use of modern medicine. Anyone who gets to work with her is truly blessed and I am extremely grateful to have her in my life.

I saw Traci for a few years and it was life-changing. As someone who battled daily with depression and anxiety, she took the time to help me unravel the web in my own mind. She's understanding, compassionate, but also does a good job holding you accountable for your own actions. Looking back at where I was when I first started, I am happier and understand myself and my relationships better, I eat healthier and and completely medication free! I would recommend Traci to anybody who struggles with their own mental health without hesitation.

I’ve seen therapists in the past and none of them would talk back …. just yes me to death and didn’t seem to care. Traci is very engaging, compassionate and actually cares. She will tell you the truth and does not sugar coat things! I personally like that and needed that to grow! She helped me see things from a different prospective. She helped me thru some really tough times. I could not recommend her enough! She really is a great therapist!

If I was able to give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Traci is a top notch therapist who has truly changed my life. I started going to Traci after thankfully being recommended about 6 months ago and I could not be more than pleased with my experience. She is patient, understanding, and is extremely knowledgeable in what she does. Coming from someone who doesn’t want to feel like a zombie from medications, nor deal this the side effects, the holistic approach is great. Traci will provide you with all of the right tools (vitamins, supplements, books, movies, etc) to assure that you are physically and mentally healthy and will work on getting you on the right track to a happy/healthy life. (From a person with mental trauma both from childhood and from working years as a first responder, Dealing with anxiety, depression, etc),this is who I’d recommend! 5 stars for sure.

I’ve seen Traci for nearly 7 years at this point. My experiences as her patient have been transformative, to say the least. Her knowledgeable, professional approach and her commitment to your well-being are refreshing changes from other experiences I’ve had seeking help. She has been accommodating and thoughtful of my best interest. I highly recommend her sessions, especially if are looking for someone who will work WITH you, instead of just telling you what you want to hear.
