Prospective BCBAs and RBTs- DO NOT APPLY HERE. A family member of mine worked with this agency and constantly returned home from work burnt out and extremely unhappy with management. This agency is poorly run and the management (who seem to be more worried about their own relationships than the company) is unwilling to try new ideas to further themselves. Choices made for the company seem to be solely financially driven with no regard for how they may affect the staff or clinicians. Not to mention, the “management” team has no professional boundaries and seemly cannot fathom respecting the work life balance of their staff/clinicians.

They are a team of providers who will love your child like their own, help them to grow, and support you and your family. Our son blossomed during his time at Familywise, and I credit them with his ability to enter the school system this past year. Not only are they trained and committed professionals, they are wonderful and kind human beings who are doing this work with passion and genuine love for each child under their care. I can't recommend Familywise enough if your child is in need of ABA services. They are hands down the best in town.

I had heard rumors that Family wise didn’t support preteen boys, but when they agreed to do an FBA I thought I was wrong. Then it became “we don’t have anyone to support your son, but we’re looking.” Then it became “We’re still looking but maybe you should explore other agencies.” Finally it was unreturned calls until they admitted to my sons therapist they never intended to support in home therapy for us. And I still haven’t heard that directly from Cynthia or John.
