Pretty sure I have gone to this place since 4th grade. I'm 27 now. I'm still not happy with their services. Getting shock therapy did not make me forget how they broke hipaa and I'm going to keep trying to get help here for my sake since my current team works here now

Firelands counseling and recovery, folks.

My mother tried to help me get help for my mental health for years. They still are struggling to get anyone to even work for this place.

They have desk workers that are not properly trained at all. I sat in the lobby for my appointment today that didn't exist anymore.

My appointment was canceled and when I went to the desk I was told to sit and wait for this appointment.

Its hard to keep my focus straight when you have unprofessional leaders driving these workers like mindless drones.

I was given a call that it was canceled. Mailbox was full. A possibility that happens too often.

BUT IF I SHOW UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT

TELL ME WHEN I GET TO THE DESK.

Very helpful in many areas concerning mental health.
Having an outside ear to bend is at times easier than talking to someone in your circle.
Have learned to deal with my Anxiety, PTSD, and associative disorder.
Some things that those close to me just really couldn’t understand.
Have been to some of the group sessions and those have been very helpful on many levels.
I have recommended this place to others. I don’t know if any of them have taken that first step or not.

Had no clue what was going on. They had so many regulations but never provided the tools i needed. When asked about having a case manager and other things required they acted shocked that one hasnt been assigned to me yet. When new to a service i don't know what'srequired. That's their job to inform me. I felt like i had no clue what was going on at all times. Very unorganized!

Having an allergic reaction to my antidepressant. Called and the office lady told me the nurse told me to keep taking the medicine until the nurse there could see me on Monday.

Update:
I've been trying to get a hold of my counselor for a week now and no one has returned my calls. This place also let me slip through the cracks and let me run out of meds. This place is a joke.

Staff apparantly undermines patients intelligence frequently with redundant and derogatory comments filled with slander amongst other staff while attempting to obtain services for mental health.
