THEY’RE WITH HOLDING MY OWN PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!!! I need paper work regarding medical information for my college inorder to get in. They’re withholding my own medical information! I am furious. I do not understand why my OWN PERSONAL INFORMATION is being held from me! This place is the absolute worse! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!! If I could leave a zero star review I would.

When I was 15 I was having mental issues. I came here to speak with a therapist. The doctors and therapist here made me so untrusting of other doctors to the point it was hindering my own mental health growth and it’s taken me 3 years to finally trust others again. I can’t believe I have to deal with this place again.

I became my brother's guardian upon the death of our mother. I transferred his care to Firelands in Sandusky County. He has day treatment appointments 3 times per week. I can't say enough about this program. My brother enjoys his appointments, he is socializing, and his mood has improved. His Case Manager is Shari Fisher. Thank you!

Constantly resecdualing my appointments with the dr. I have been looking forward to my appointment tomorrow and they call the day before to resecdual. And now my appt it almost 2 more moths out. Getting resiclous. I cant get help when i truly need it from them. Tiffin needs better than firelands.

My sister has been receiving services and care from the staff at this center for 7 years. The level of concern they have shown her is outstanding. I can not thank them enough for the support they have given her and for always being there as a constant resource to her. The staffs concern and actions around a recent event she experienced saved her life. Can not thank them enough.

Firelands miss diagnosed me and treated me for stuff I didn't have. Then when I was have bad reactions to the medication they said it was normal. Just needed more treatment. I promise you one thing I find a lawyer Firelands I'm going to sue you guys.

I’ve been seeing my therapist for almost a year now and I’ve drastically improved from when I first started. The facility and front desk are kind. And scheduling is a breeze. It’s the best place that takes my insurance and I can afford!

The only good thing about this place is some of the staff. My brother suicidal for a time, and called in. The lady's name was Michelle I think, and she was extremely rude. He refuses to go back, and i dont blame him

Was misdiagnosed for 5 years. Not put on the proper medication because my diagnosis is wrong. If you have a personality disorder, DO NOT go to firelands.
