My sister went here in the late 90s and she used to tell us how one of the teachers would pinch her >:(

My Daughter stated she was tripped by another child and told teacher and teacher said she was fine. But my Daughter was not fine!
Also staff is very judgmental, racist and rude. We removed our daughter, because owner and staff wanted to judge my family based of he say she say and false assumptions instead of looking at the facts. Miserable People love to make it hard for others, good old state of CT with VULTURES. Remember GOD don’t like ugly!

First Step Learning Center is phenomenal. #1 in the area. All staff members are constantly attentive, engaging, friendly, responsible, and always put your child's needs first. They all love what they do and develop such strong relationships with the children. They emphasize a learning environment and the children learn something new everyday. I'll never send my children anywhere but here. First Step is without a doubt in my mind the best child care facility around. Highly reccomend!!

Turned around and walked out.
Multiple kids were on 'time out' - one of the staff was requesting an apology for being bitten by a 4/5? yr old.
No one appeared to have any authority. The kids were not happy and didn't seem to be in a good environment. Downstairs the toddlers/infants were fairing a little better but NOT a place I would leave my child even in a pinch!
