I can't recommend Fit30 enough! From the moment I started, I knew I was in great hands. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you achieve your fitness goals. The workouts are varied, challenging, and always tailored to my specific needs and progress. I’ve seen amazing results in just a short amount of time, both in strength and overall fitness. Although my experience at this studio was brief, as I only visited for two weeks using a class pass, it left a strong impression on me. I must admit that it's one of the best studios I've ever had the pleasure of attending. Marvin, the trainer, is truly exceptional, and I participated in several of his classes. His consistent motivation and friendly demeanor were truly commendable. Gina, who taught the Barre classes, was equally impressive, clearly demonstrating her experience. The classes were undeniably challenging, which I appreciated, as they weren't as easy as some other Barre classes I've taken in the past. The studio maintained a high level of cleanliness, a clear sign of their dedication to upkeep. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

I've been a member of the Fit-30 group for a few years now and LOVE it! The work outs are challenging and rewarding. Marvin is very motivational and makes sure to offer alternates if you need to modify your work out and only pushes you to do your best and to push yourself as much as you want to. Through the pandemic, we were sent daily workouts to keep us motivated and moving, once able to be back all guidelines were followed to ensure our health and safety with modified workouts. I attend regular classes weekly and encourage you to give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Having been training at FT 30 Cheshire for about a year now, it is absolutely a great place to get fit. The instructors are wonderful and the studio is neat and spacious. Marvin is surely one of the best professional fitness trainers and also a very nice person.
