Absolutely love this gym. Been a member for over two years now and have yet to have a negative experience. Truly a judgement free gym. Especially love the spin classes. The instructor has always been nothing but supportive, informative and makes sweating fun.

Been going here for over two years minding my business doing what I have to do at the gym. And come to find out the instructor and other gym members. Are staying behind class worried about what I do with my work out when I pay for my membership. Maybe you should put in your policy if you don’t pay for anybody else’s membership MINE YOUR BUSINESS. But the instructor loves to yell out your ride, your journey your work out!!

I love this place. It's nice and clean, they have a pretty decent variety of modern equipment that's in good condition, people there are generally respectful and it's free of riffraff, at least at the times I go. The only criticism I can levy is that they could use a larger variety of specialty equipment. The space is pretty full as-is, but I think they could benefit a lot from turning their back room into an additional lifting area as opposed to another class space like I'm told is planned; or maybe take the existing class/general use room next to the free weights and open that up to more weights and use the new back room they've expanded into to backfill the purpose of the existing room. It would be nice to see some more specialty stuff like a hack squat, assisted pull-up/tricep dip machine, chest supported plate-loaded T-Bar row, that sort of thing. You can absolutely get a full workout in here but personally I'd like to see an expanding focus on more varied weight training. At the moment I have to go to multiple gyms depending on what workout I'm looking to do - if they were to do what I've suggested here I wouldn't have any reason to go anywhere else.

There's a good amount and variety of equipment, which are well kept, but I wouldn't want to go when it's busy as it's pretty much one of each aside from cardio machines. Luckily, no matter what time I've gone, there's never been more than 4-5 other people, and most have a "get in, get out" mentality. Very clean. There's a few private bathrooms with showers. Affordable membership, especially with a generous military discount. Location! Less than a minute from my house. It really does feel like my own private gym at times.
My only complaint is it's hard to keep the water in the shower when in use. I bring a second towel for the floor, but some people leave it wet, which is an accident waiting to happen.

Fitlife 24/7 is the best gym I've ever had the pleasure of using. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and welcoming. The owner is very present and involved with keeping the space an enjoyable place to be with a culture of respect amongst members. Members consistently put weights back, wipe down surfaces, and follow good gym etiquette. Pricing is very affordable for a true 24 hour gym and includes a good range of classes. There are no funky contracts or hidden fees - just fair and transparent billing. I'd definitely recommend supporting this gem of a small business over a chain big box gym.

Everything you need without the “big gym” feel. New to town and I decided to go with the local gym versus the corporate centers. They have everything I need from cardio, weight training, exercise and fitness, and classrooms which I haven’t tried yet. The facility is very clean, with individual showers and changing rooms. Plenty of safe parking. I also like the fact that it’s a month-to-month membership, as I often travel for work. A+ highly recommended!!

Excellent gym. Small but well-equipped. Everyone is quiet, focused, and respectful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of free classes with membership. Much better than the "big box" places like PF or Edge.
